1. Connect the engraving machine and the power socket with the randomly supplied power cable.
2. Connect the cutting plotter to the computer with the communication cable provided randomly.
3. Turn on the power.
4. Engrave the carving knife or drawing pen into the carving knife holder.
5. Connect serial and parallel cables.Make sure the power supply of engraving machine and computer is off.Connect one end of the parallel cable (plug) to the computer parallel socket, lock the plug on the socket with a manual locking screw connected to the socket head, connect the other end to the printer parallel socket, and securely secure the plug and socket using the wire buckle on the parallel socket.
After the installation, the equipment should be debugged to ensure the accuracy of the equipment, so that it can better play its carving role.In addition, in the use of the equipment if there is a fault, to stop immediately, and contact the cnc router woodworking machine factory for processing, so as to facilitate the smooth work of the later stage, to ensure that more accurate carving.
6. Place media. (computer cutting plotter applicable materials: reflective film, post-it note, wall paste, car body film, sticker, paper, kraft paper, etc.)
7. Set parameters (coordinate origin, knife and pen speed, knife and pen pressure, etc., please describe in low speed).
8. Try to work. For example, the microcomputer cnc router engraving machine presses the "offline" button, simultaneously presses the "speed up" button and the "speed down" button, and the engraving machine executes an internal self-check program to make graphics.
9. The computer transmits data and begins to carve or draw.The power supply used by this machine is 220V AC50HZ. When connecting the power supply, first confirm the position where the power switch of the woodworking engraving machine is disconnected externally, then insert one end of the power cord into the power socket of the engraving machine and connect the other end to the power socket.When not working, first turn off the power, and then pull out the power plug from the socket, do not plug the power plug in the power.When inserting and unplugging the power plug, do not exert too much force to avoid connector damage.After engrave machine, the interval of restart should not exceed 30 seconds.
