As an CNC Router manufacturer, I often encounter customers asking about the daily maintenance of the machine. The correct daily maintenance can not only improve the working efficiency of the cnc engraving machine, but also extend the service life of the cnc router.
The daily maintenance of the machine is a simple but very important thing. This post introduces the maintenance methods of the cnc router from many aspects, and hopes to help you better use the cnc engraving machine.
After each use of the CNC router machine, do not forget to clean it. There may be dust on the transmission system, so please pay attention to it. Then we start to clean the worktable surface, which can be cleaned with a brush; note that it is usually best not to accumulate debris on the work surface to avoid deformation of the platform.
Regularly clean the dust in the electrical box (note: be sure to cut off the power first, and wait until the monitor does not display and the indicator light of the loop power supply has gone out before proceeding). Check whether the wiring terminals and the screws of each component are loose to ensure the safe and reliable use of the circuit. If the cnc router needs a computer to run, it needs to clean the inside of the computer. Excessive dust in the computer will cause the computer to malfunction, and signal errors will cause the cnc router to be misaligned.
