AKMP2030 is a combined CNC router and plasma metal cutting machine. This cnc machine has two cutting heads, one is the cnc router spindle, which is mainly used to engrave and cut non-metal materials such as wood, acrylic, MDF, and plywood. The other is a plasma cutting head, which is used to cut stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other metal materials. An CNC router machine combines the different functions of an wood cnc machine and a metal plasma cutting machine, so that it can process more diverse materials.

The cnc router spindle, 3.5kw air cooled model, rotate speed max 18000rpm. Can work for nonmetal, such as wood, acrylic, MDF, plywood, etc. And plasma torch, used for cutting metal sheet, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, etc. 

 

Double type work table:

The cnc router machine use T slot or vacuum table (optional).  The cnc plasma cutter use hard steel sawtooth table, can be removeable. When you need to cut metal, you can place the sawtooth table on the surface of the cnc table, so when do plasma metal cut job will not hurt CNC table. And there is a water tank on the sawtooth table, when the metal material is cut, it will directly fall into the water tank under the table to cool the material and prevent the operator from getting burned when taking the metal material.
