      An Automatic tool changer or ATC is used in computerized numerical control （CNC） machine tools to improve the production and tool carrying capacity of the machine.
      ATC changes the tool very quickly reducing the non-productive time.
      It is also used to change worn out or broken tools.
 
>>How does an automatic tool changer work?
      First the automatic tool changing command is given.
      The tool that is going to be changed moves into the tool change position.
      The ATC arm then moves into the position so it can pick up the tool.
      One gripper arm moves the new tool to the turret while a second removes the old tool.
 
>>What is tool magazine in CNC machine?
      Tool magazine is used to store all cutting tools used by CNC machine tools 
      and delivers the tool to be used to the position of tool changing under the control of CNC system.
      Manipulator is used to complete the loading and unloading of the tools and to deliver the tools between the tool magazine and the spindle head.
