First check the goggles for obvious burn marks, or moisture and oil stains on the goggles. If the protective mirror has a burning point, it needs to be replaced in time. If there is water vapor or oil pollution, it is necessary to check the filter element of the air compressor, replace the air compressor filter element or repair the air dryer. If there is no problem with the protective glasses, it is necessary to check the condition of the focusing lens and the circulation of the cooling water.

 

The focus position of the laser cutting head automatically changes

When cutting metal, the focusing part changes automatically. In general, the sealing ring of the protective mirror may be damaged, and the air pressure enters the focusing cavity, causing the lens to move up, and the sealing ring of the protective mirror needs to be replaced. If the replacement of the protective lens sealing ring is invalid, it is necessary to confirm whether the thickness of the protective lens used is deviated. If the thickness of the protective lens is too thin, the sealing ring will also be unsealed.
