The laser cutting head is an important part of the
fiber laser cutting machine, which has the characteristics of high precision and high price. If the fiber laser cutting machine is not properly maintained in normal operation, various problems will occur. This article introduces several common problems and solutions of fiber laser cutting heads, so that you can better understand laser cutting equipment.
1. The QBH part is hot: the QBH part is hot, check the collimation upper protective lens first, and replace it in time if it is damaged. If there is no problem with the protective lens, pull out the optical fiber to check the status of the collimating lens and the fiber end face.
2. The cutting head nozzle is hot or the focusing cavity is hot: If the nozzle is hot and the focusing cavity is hot, first check whether the protective lens has obvious burning spots or whether there is water vapor and oil on the surface of the protective lens. If the protective mirror has a burning spot, replace the protective mirror, and if there is water vapor or oil pollution, you need to check the filter part of the air compressor, and ask the customer to replace the air filter or repair the air dryer. If there is no problem with the protective mirror, you need to check the status of the focusing mirror and the water flow of the focusing water cooling plate.
3. The focus position of the cutting head automatically changes during the cutting process: the focusing components automatically change during the cutting process. Generally, the sealing ring of the protective lens is damaged, and the air pressure enters the focusing cavity, causing the lens to move upward, and the sealing ring of the protective lens needs to be replaced. If the replacement of the protective mirror sealing ring is invalid, it is necessary to confirm whether the thickness of the protective mirror used by the customer is deviated. The thin protective mirror will also cause the sealing ring to be unsealed.
4. The blowing pressure of the cutting head is low, and the nitrogen gas outlet flow is obviously not enough: first, take out the protective mirror drawer and observe whether there is obvious foreign matter coming out of the gas outlet ring. Remove the sensor part of the cutting head, take out the cushion cover of the air circuit, install it back into the protective mirror drawer, click the blowing air to blow out the foreign objects in the air passage opening, and then restore the cutting head. If the air pressure cannot be raised after cleaning, it is necessary to check whether the pipes in the drag chain of the machine tool are folded and whether there are foreign objects blocked inside the battery valve.
5. After the auto-focusing cutting head returns to the origin, the focus is not zero or an error is reported: First, you need to open the platform configuration tool, find the focus control parameter column, enlarge the value of the positive and negative limits to 30, and manually control the focus movement to Positive and negative limit, observe whether the limit will alarm, if the limit cannot be sensed, you need to repair the cutting head. If the limit can be sensed normally, return to the origin, and then change the focusing stroke back to plus or minus 10, and it can be used normally.
