When moving the X/Y axis of the CO2 laser cutter, it does not move and noise comes. If you encounter this problem, please follow the steps below to check the CO2 laser cutting machine.

 

1. Increase the current of driver by changing different switchers, the specification is in  the driver. But  not too much  current, it will burn the motor.

 

2. Please dismantle the motor, check all is good or the shaft is broken. If the motor is damaged, it needs to be replaced. If the motor is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
