Advertising CNC Router: The engraving objects are relatively soft materials, such as PVC, acrylic, MDF, etc., so the spindle power of the advertising engraving machine can be within 1.5kw-3.0kw. If you choose this way, you can achieve the purpose of engraving and save costs. .

 

Woodworking CNC Router: The spindle motor of the woodworking engraving machine can be selected according to the hardness of the processed wood. The spindle power is generally around 2.2kw-4.5kw, and the spindle power of the machining center that needs to be used for panel furniture will be larger, reaching 9KW, but this combination is also the most reasonable.

 

Stone CNC Router: The spindle power of stone engraving machine is relatively higher, generally around 4.5kw-7.5kw. Because the material is hard and difficult to engrave, the most commonly used 5.5kw spindle motor is water-cooled.

 

The choice of the spindle power of the CNC engraving machine should be selected according to the hardness of the material, the processing method and the size of the processing table. If the power of the selected spindle is too large, it will not only cause cost waste but also consume more power.
