Today I will introduce you a multifunctional cnc router AKMP2030 with plasma cutting torch. This cnc machine has two cutting heads, one is the cnc router spindle, which is mainly used to engrave and cut non-metal materials such as wood, acrylic, MDF, and plywood. CNC router controller system:  Mach3 motion card with Ethernet port. It has 3 axis or 4 axis, just depends on if you need rotary axis for cnc. It needs to use computer to operate (desktop of laptop both ok). 

Plasma cutter controller system: Beijing Starifire controller with USB port, can insert U flash disk and then read files directly.  With complete function, and easy to operate. It includes a THC function panel. 

The cnc router machine use T slot or vacuum table (optional).  The cnc plasma cutter use hard steel sawtooth table, can be removeable. When you need to cut metal, you can place the sawtooth table on the surface of the cnc table, so when do plasma metal cut job will not hurt CNC table. And there is a water tank on the sawtooth table, when the metal material is cut, it will directly fall into the water tank under the table to cool the material and prevent the operator from getting burned when taking the metal material.

It can use China Huarong, Huayuan or American Hypertherm brand. 

For cutting thicker metal sheet, needs to use bigger power supply, of course price also different. You can consult online for specific information.

We install assistance wheels on back of machine table. If your wood pieces big and heavy, this will help you a lot to load very easy and fast. This advantage can reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve work efficiency. 

If your shop still has cylindrical materials that need to be engraved or cut, it is very useful to add a rotary axis device. Only need to place the rotary axis on the cnc table, and then fix the cylindrical wood or metal, then the material can be engraved and cut.
