During the board processing, if your woodworking CNC router has some problems, do you know how to troubleshoot it? Today we will understand common problems and solutions of woodworking CNC router.
1. The motor makes a strange sound
Solution: Check whether the motor is overloaded; there may be an internal fault in the motor. At this time, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
2. The motor reverses direction
Solution: directly check whether the motor line is lacking phase or change the output UVW end (that is, the line connecting the inverter to the spindle motor).
3. The spindle motor is hot
Solution: first check whether the water pump is working, and then check whether the circulating water is below the liquid level.
4. There is a situation where the motor is weak or unable to rotate
Solution: Check the circuit, check whether the motor line is missing phase and whether the cable line is short-circuited.
5. The main shaft is reversed
Solution: During the work process of the
woodworking engraving machine, the spindle reversal occurs because the line connecting the inverter to the spindle is reversed, just replace the connecting line.
When the spindle is reversed, if the MDF is engraved, the tool will be broken, and the tool may be broken when it is installed and used. Even if it is not broken, it will be burnt red. Therefore, when this abnormal phenomenon occurs, the operator should stop the machine immediately and check the spindle of the engraving machine.
6. During the engraving process, there is a phenomenon of misaligned engraving and engraving in the opposite direction.
Solution: When the machine is turned on, if there is irregular movement when clicking continuously and quickly, it is a "phase loss" fault. Check the circuit between the output terminal of the driver and the stepper motor, find out the broken circuit and reconnect the fault to solve it.
7. When the machining axis is controlled manually or automatically, the machine has no response
Solution: ①Check whether the data cable is firmly connected, if it is loose, it needs to be connected correctly; ②Check whether the driver circuit interface is loose or disconnected, and reconnect it; ③Check whether the host power supply circuit is powered off
The above are some of the possible faults and solutions for
woodworking CNC machines, I hope it will help you. If you have other questions to consult, you can leave us a message, and our technicians will reply to you in time!
