A:A customer found that the inverter was not powered, but other parts were normal. He was very anxious, so he called me for help.Let me show you how to do it. Let's go.
 
Check inverter operation steps
1. Check whether the input power cord of the inverter is loose. If it is loose, reconnect it.
2. Use a voltmeter to measure the actual input voltage and check the machine voltage, and change it to the correct voltage.
3. Check whether the total voltage is stable.
 
Before, many people asked me how to solve the problem that the tool sensor cannot be used to determine the origin of the workpiece Z axis. Next, I will answer for everyone.
 
Check the operation steps of the tool sensor
1. Check the tool setting file, open the file named "M930" in the computer, and copy the content of the file. Open the mach3 software, click "Operator", click "Edit button script", click the flashing position of the icon in the interface, open the file, and replace the file content.
If the tool sensor still cannot be matched normally, proceed to the next step.
2. Check whether the wiring of the tool sensor is loose. If it is loose, perform welding and test whether it is normal.
If the tool sensor still cannot be matched normally, proceed to the next step.
3. Check the connection between the tool sensor and the machine. If it is loose, reconnect it.
