Laser marking principle

A high energy density laser is used for local irradiation of the workpiece to vaporize the surface material or produce a chemical reaction of color change, thus leaving a permanent mark.Laser marking can mark a wide range of text, symbols and patterns, and can even be micron in size. The laser beam used for laser marking is generated by the laser, and after a series of optical conduction and processing, the laser beam is finally focused through the optical lens, and then the focused high energy beam is deflected to the specified position on the surface of the object to be processed, forming a permanent dent.

Application

 Large scale engraving

The 3D marking adopts the pre-focusing optical mode and USES the larger X and Y axis deflector lens, so it can allow the conducting laser spot to be larger, with better focusing accuracy and better energy effect. If 3D marking works with the same focusing precision as 2D marking, the marking range can be larger.

Deep engraving printing

There are inherent defects in 2D marking for deep carving on object surface. As the laser focus moves up in the carving process, the laser energy acting on the actual surface of the object will drop sharply, seriously affecting the effect and efficiency of deep carving.

High and low surface engraving

In the current traditional 2D marking mode, the workpiece must be placed on the same plane, and the machining surface must be on the same plane, in order to achieve a molding marking.Using the characteristics of 3D laser marking machine, it can realize the marking of the workpiece with a single forming, even on the inclined slope, can maintain the consistency of the processing, so that the processing content does not deform, do not form color difference.

Arbitrary surface engraving

Because 3D marking can quickly change the focal length and the position of the laser beam, it is possible to mark the surface which cannot be achieved in 2D before. After the use of 3D, cylinder marking within a certain radian can be completed at one time, greatly improving the processing efficiency. In addition, in real life, the surface shape of many parts is not regular, and the surface height of some parts is quite different, so it is really helpless for 2D marking processing. In this case, the advantage of 3D marking will be more obvious.

Color emboss signet

In the same plane, you can achieve black and white, or even multicolor marking, the effect is more rich. For the blackening of general metal surface, such as anodic alumina, it is usually marked with high frequency pulse under appropriate energy and certain defocusing condition. The defocusing distance significantly affects the energy distribution and color effect of laser on the material surface.
