Laser cutters are used mainly for cutting machinery and making shop gifts, but after Mr Kozakewycz of Black Art Graphics heard the NHS was facing a severe shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) during the outbreak, he turned his attention to the design and manufacture of clear plastic eye protecters.On Sunday, he set up a crowdfunding page, and by Tuesday, he had reached his goal, and donations were still pouring in.
