Development and advantages of laser cutting

Development:

(7)The performance of laser cutting machine can be improved by controlling laser power and laser mode adaptively according to machining speed or building process database and expert adaptive control system.With the database as the core of the system, and oriented to the universal CAPP development tool, the various data involved in the laser cutting process design are analyzed, and the corresponding database structure is established.

 

Advantages:

(4)Can be cut for non-metal processing: such as plastic, wood, PVC, leather, textiles and plexiglass.

 

(5)Save mold investment: laser processing does not need mold, no mold consumption, no need to repair the mold, save mold replacement time, so as to save processing costs, reduce production costs, especially suitable for large products processing.

 

(6)Material saving: the use of computer programming, can be different shape of the product for the whole sheet material cutting, maximize the utilization of materials.
