The inside of the water-cooled spindle is made of metal. When the spindle is running for water circulation, water will inevitably be left behind. As the cnc router is used for a longer time, the metal and water in the spindle react to form rust, which will form a blockage over time, which will result in the inability to circulate the water, the spindle cannot radiate heat in time, and may even damage the spindle bearing.

1. Soak the spindle with cola and other weak acid substances, so that the cola completely covers the water inlet and outlet of the spindle (about 1-2 days)
2. Use rust remover and other metal removal potions to soak the spindle
3. Use compressed air to aim at the inlet or outlet and blow hard
4. After dredging the spindle, be sure to clean up residual cola and acid substances
